Samantha is the perfect example of TAG working well!  Upon her placement at the FIA, Sammi quickly established herself as a full time member of the Events team, and despite working fewer hours than everybody else for the first 6 months she miraculously seemed to get through mountains of work!  Sammi’s commitment to the role and her tasks has been really solid and she has quickly become a reliable and irreplaceable member of my team. 

TAG gave Sammi the opportunity to get into a job that she is clearly made for, but confidence may well have held her back from.  Over the past year I’ve seen her skills and confidence develop and flourish and I’m sure they will continue to do so!
